Another feather in the cap of UAE. Numbeo Safety Index 2022 report for "The 10 safest countries in the world" has featured three Emirates of UAE among the world's top ten. Abu Dhabi has been ranked first, Sharjah 4th, and Dubai featured on 8th position in the world on the latest safety index published by Numbeo. Three Emirates has been ranked ahead of Zurich and Monaco.
In November 2021, the United Arab Emirates was also appointed as a "safer country to walk at night" in the global law and order report 2021. In the survey, more than 95% of residents including women reported that they feel safe in UAE walking alone at night without any fear. This is an amazing country where more than 80% of residents are ex-pats and the UAE is home to over 200 nationalities. This makes UAE unique in the world.
